We operate out of one of Europe's leading data centres,
Redbus Meridian Gate.
Located in London's Docklands area, we are situated at
the heart of the UK's eCommerce and connectivity
business hub, ensuring that the fastest and most
efficient routes for your data can be made throughout
the UK and further afield.
The data centre features the very latest world class
resilient infrastructure, including multiple levels of
24/7 security, stable high-capacity power supplies, fire
protection, in-house support and environmental controls,
to name but a few. |

 Environment |
The high performance, sensitive
electronic equipment we use to power our web hosting
service requires a precise, reliable control of room
temperature. The server room is maintained at a
constant 21°C ± 2°C and relative humidity is kept at
50% ± 10% through multiple Uniflair precision air
conditioning systems. Both are continually monitored
via the building management system.

Equipment

To store our layer 2 networking and
server equipment we use custom built, electronic
lockable Knurr racks, offering better cooling and
security than even the standard Redbus racks.

Monitoring &
Support
|
On-site technicians are available
24/7/365 ensuring that the network operates
optimally at all times, and that any hardware
repairs can be conducted at any time. Individual
servers and services are monitored every minute of
every day from three global locations, ensuring that
we are apprised of any unusual activity at all
times. We additionally have our own support staff on
call in the immediate area.
