Basic Firewall – Free
We provide a basic level of firewall protection for
all dedicated and collocated servers that guards
against common attacks on servers. This firewall is
from a default rule set that we specify.
Monitoring – Free
Service monitoring is provided for all customers
free of charge. Our service monitoring will alert
you to your server’s status by email or SMS, and can
optionally automatically reboot the server if it
becomes unavailable.
Off-site Backup - £29/month
We operate a backup server as an optional extra
available to all collocated and dedicated customers.
The server runs on a second internal network, and
customers require a 2nd network card to run the
backups. The backups are sent over our network to
the off-site backup server where they are safely
stored.
