Do you provide support via MSN Messenger?

Nethosts does not provide official support via msn messenger.

Our main support is via the help desk, live chat and telephone support.

Premium Telephone Support is available and Emergency Support via text messages is also available to all clients.

We should point out that some of our staff (at all levels) do use msn frequently and, on occasions, may speak to a customer.  This is a personal choice and is not an official support channel.

We do provide our ModernBill walk-throughs via msn for those customers who prefer this to using the telephone.   This is pre-arranged and a specific time will be arranged between the client and the staff member who will be carrying out the walkthough.
