To provide the best service for our clients, we use Merak Mail Server for our email services. AntiSpam, AntiVirus, GroupWare and Instant Messaging options are available to all clients.

Merak Mail Server supports all standards and protocols:

TCP/IP protocols - SMTP/POP3/IMAP4/HTTP.

Protection from unwanted e-mails

With the Instant AntiSpam solution you protect yourself against unwanted e-mails, so-called Spam mails. Instant AntiSpam filters all e-Mails according to your needs, marks then and puts them in a special Spam folder on the mail server.

The advantage of the direct integration of an AntiSpam solution in the mail server is the fact that bad e-mails don't have to be loaded from the server, the Spam administrator can learn and supervise the system, and that the AntiSpam works also by Webmail and not only on the PC in your office.

AntiVirus

Integrated Solution

With the AntiVirus solution all your e-mail traffic is protected against viruses. AntiVirus is extraordinarily fast and efficient using multi threading.
Individual reports to the receiver and the sender can be sent.
If a virus in an e-Mail or e-Mail attachment is detected, the e-Mail can be deleted, rejected or replaced by a message.
AntiVirus database is updated once per hour.
The receiver and the sender can receive an individual report about recognizing a virus in an e-Mail or an appendix.

GroupWare

Would you like to check and manage your appointments, tasks and addresses away from your office PC? This is no longer a problem with the Mail Server GroupWare option! The Mail GroupWare offers server-comparable functionality like Microsoft Exchange.

Instant Messenger

Instant Messaging is used increasingly for business purposes. Also you are now able to let your company or your customers use a professional, independent and safe business chat system.

With Instant Messaging you are able to see, if other employees are online. You are able to directly contact these co-workers and solve, or answer a problem in an uncomplicated way.

Webmail and Wapmail

With Webmail you become location independent. Read and write e-Mails from any Internet PC or any wap-enabled mobile phone.
